FRONT OF HOUSE FLOOR STAFF
• A sound knowledge of food service

• Able to work under pressure and still deliver service with a smile

PIZZA CHEFS

We’re looking for candidates who have:

Experience in menu development and implementation
Passion for food, dining and customer experience
Problem solving skills and a keen eye for detail
Ability and desire to work in a collaborative team environment
Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen and Pizza operations
Minimum 2 years experience in reputable high volume kitchens
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

SOUS CHEF, CHEF DE PARTIE, QUALIFIED CHEF OR COOK

We’re looking for candidates who have:

Confidence and creative cooking styles with a strong emphasis on quality, consistency and presentation
Experience in high volume kitchens and ability to thrive and excel under pressure
A friendly, enthusiastic, positive attitude with a passion for cooking
Exceptional planning, organisational and problem solving skills
Great team work and communication skills
Minimum 3 years experience

Candidates must be willing to work a flexible roster including weekends & public holidays.
